Key responsibilities:
-Management of the employees of the Department;
-Analysis and monitoring of executing of plans of the departments that are subordinated according to structure;
-Searching and acquisition of clients- individuals or legal entities and sale of the whole range of banking products:
-Implementation of increase of the loan portfolio;
-Implementation of the increase of the Deposit portfolio;
-Internal reporting.
Basic requirements:
-Master degree in economics (management, finance, banking, accounting, marketing);
-Knowledge of English language not lower than intermediate.
-5 years experience in banking, experience on similar position from 5 years.
-Personal qualities and skills: skills of active sales, communication and negotiation skills, result orientation, ability to establish contacts, presentable nice appearance.
