The Business Development Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving assigned strategic account objectives.
The Business Development Manager represents the entire range of company products and
services to assigned customers.
Main responsibilities
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Searches contacts among TOP management of potential Partners
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
• Represents company on the territory
• Concludes agreements with Partners
Accountabilities and performance measures
• Achieves strategic company´s objectives defined by company´s management
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Requirements
• Minimum five years of strategic sales experience in a B2B, business development, sales environment or relevant position
• Experience on Senior level position in banking or financial system, travel sector, airlines, airports
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills
• Relationship building skills
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• PC proficiency
• Highly self-motivated and self organized
• Flexible schedule, fixed salary + good commission
