Full scope planning and implementation of consultancy projects responsibilities. Gap Analysis: Diagnostic review of client’s operational risk management practices as compared to industry best practices, regulatory guidelines and Basel II; Review Risk Mgmt structure and related policies. Policy & Procedure Framework: Design OpRisk Mgmt policies, BCM framework and Insurance framework. Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA): Design framework and templates for RCSA; Conduct RCSA for clients. Design actions plans based on risk assessment reviews. Key Risk Indicators (KRI): Design KRI monitoring framework; Design process flow and library for KRIs. Loss Data Management (LDM): Design of framework to measure operational risk; Design of processes to create and analyse operational loss databases. Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Design reporting workflow and templates. Provide training and coaching for professionals on Operational risk, BCM and related subjects.

Implementation of OpRisk framework in accordance with Basel II requirements and industry best practice, including Governance, Policy and procedures, Loss data collection, Integrated risk assessment, Key risk indicators, Scenario analysis, Reporting, Culture and awareness. Facilitate yearly Integrated Risk Assessment and thematic ORM reviews. Consolidate and evaluate Operational Risk Incidents, identify the risks and propose advice and guidance. Co ordinate and analyse Key Risk Indicators. Design and review controls in new and modified products, leading role in product approval process. Follow up on proper execution of audit, non audit and ORC recommendations. MIS reporting and capital assessment responsibilities. Work closely with internal audit, legal/compliance, information security and other key control functions for integrated control reviews. Work with Senior Management and BU’s in all Operational Risk related issues. Support and participate in internal/cross functional projects to achieve productivity/quality improvement. Provide BCP management including procedures, tests and other exercises. Lead all BBB and D&O insurance activities. Provide internal trainings to non risk professionals (induction meetings, awareness refresh course, RCSA course)

Developed operational model and procedures for midcorps business (project manager, 40 professionals within ING Bank Ukraine were involved); midcorp business was fully stopped in Ukraine.

Support general management with rising of operational risk awareness and insight, e.g. Risk & Control Self Assessment, High Level Risk Assessment, and decreasing the operational risk profile. Advise management on how to respond to operational, information and security risks identified as a result of risk assessments and/or as a result of identified events/incidents. Assist in the execution of operational risk policies and minimum standards. Allocation of risk ownership and responsibilities throughout Operational Risk Committee structure. Primarily responsible for supporting the business in defining and implementation an effective Information Risk Management framework, as well as for monitoring of its effectiveness. Design, implementation and support of local security related operating procedures in line with ING global security policies, standards, guidelines and industry best practices. Risk analysis of ING information assets and its risk classification. Local security advice to IT and business. IT Security project management. React adequately on IT security incidents.
