analytical reviews of many client’ financial statements; coaching of junior staff, preparation and participation in the trainings; writing narratives, internal memorandums passing on information or giving reasons for or against a particular point of view, e-mails, letters, documents highlighting key points, significance and implications of the information provided; experience received during the audit in the banks: understanding the business processes in the bank (cash and settlement services, current and deposit accounts, payroll, securities, fixed assets, loans granted), identification of risks and internal controls, testing of internal controls; analyze of the mentioned accounts, recommendations concerning restructuring of the business processes; analyze of p&l accounts, identification of unusual items and deviations, recommendations for decrease the certain expense accounts etc; calculation of interest and commission expenses/income at some proposed deposit or loan programs; analyze of loan portfolio of individuals and legal entities, loan review of selected customers, calculation of loan loss allowance for statutory and ifrs purposes; preparing the disclosure for financial statements in the banks for statutory and ifrs purposes.
