Функціональні обов'язки: Main responsibilities: Audit and review of reporting packages and financial statements prepared under IFRS/ US GAAP/ UA GAAP financial sector institutions (Ukrainian and international banks, leasing companies); Performing transformation/compilation of statutory financial statements to full set IFRS (consolidated) financial statements; Analysis and documentation of core business processes, internal controls identification; Design and execution of audit procedures on evaluation of design and operating effectiveness of controls, confirmation of accuracy and completeness of financial data, antifraud procedures; Assessment of efficiency of business cycles and controls within operations and accounting systems; Budgets review and analysis; assessment against KPIs and NBU ratios, analysis of financial performance and position, financial ratios analysis; Preparation, review and analysis of valuation models (investments, derivatives, loan portfolio, fixed assets), WACC calculation, substantive analytical procedures; Analysis of economic substance and accounting of debt and equity financing (incl. bonds issue, subordinated, syndicated loans, derivatives); Assessment of compliance with internal instructions, group accounting policies, financing agreement terms and legislation requirements; Support in financial due diligence (Transaction Support); Reporting to company management identifying weaknesses in the company's systems and controls and making recommendations for their improvement; Setting budgets for audit assignments and ensuring they were adhered to; Team management to ensure audit activities were carried out in a timely and efficient manner; Staff coaching on different auditing and accounting issues; Preparation and delivery of internal trainings with regard to audit and accounting specific issues.
