||ING Bank Ukraine is looking for IT Application Support Officer, who will be responsible for administration of B2 Core Banking System, providing support for users of the bank with IT business applications and other IT software, and will act with proactive and efficient approach in IT service level management towards central services teams and local customers.
About the role:
Manages and maintains the Bank Local Core Banking System B2, acts as a Local B2 Administrator to ensure its availability and proper operation.
Ensures the software is up to date, co-operates with B2 vendor and Head Office in maintaining and troubleshooting of locally or centrally managed applications and infrastructure.
Co-operates with Head Office regarding implementation of Branch Model systems and hardware.
Executes implementation and migration of local/global IT and business applications/software.
Performs backup role of Local Security Administrator and NBU Information Security Administrator with IST access PMGK in case of their absence.
Ensures the infrastructure and software are reliable, efficient, configured properly within corporate standards and adequate to run the Business systems.
Provides IT Service Desk support for users, resolves IT infrastructure/software related problems, maintains the log of incidents, problems and solutions.
Provides user training for the staff for newly implemented or changed systems.
Develop, update and maintain operating procedures for implementation, development, support and use of the new and existing systems.
Prepares proper and regular reports on progress status of running projects.
Ensures BCP for Business systems is available, reliable and up to date.
Prepares and executes system tests to ensure they are adequate, properly executed and user acceptance received.
Responsible for maintenance and housekeeping of the server room.
Skills and qualification requirements:
Higher Technical/IT Education.
Work experience at least 4 years in IT area, specifically in Core Banking System B2 administration.
Solid and deep practical knowledge of support and business development of B2 System.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, practical experience in service level management, readiness for change and transformation.
Experience of participating in IT projects.
Experience providing support to the end users, ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems related to IT and business software.
Understanding of business continuity principles.
Upper-intermediate English level (oral and written), fluency in Ukrainian.
Good communication and report writing skills.
