I was not just responsible for portfolio quality and team performance I now had responsibility for all aspects and dimensions of the branches performance, from its opening to its growth, to regulatory compliance, to asset security. However, the most significant additional dimension in this position was being regarded as the ‘figurehead leader and ambassador’ for the bank in my area. This added a whole new dimension of responsibility, accountability and role expectation to what I had done previously.

Other significant professional activities 12/12-03/13 Human Capital Review Programme - Member of the review panelThis was a project which concerned an assessment of all staff in the bank- worldwide. The purpose was to get a comprehensive picture of the state of the human capital asset across the organization. Discussions took place on an individual basis, where a team of assessors, reviewed: strengths, weaknesses, potential for advancement, levels of motivation and attachment, to listen to employess views, ideas suggestions, and to advise on both short and long-term personal development plans.
