Experience: at least 2 years in HR management
- basics of personnel recruitment, learning and development, motivation and compensation;
- basics of management and planning;
- fluent English speaking skills.
Must be able to:
- ensure implementation of the standard processes of personnel management;
- perform analysis of functions of structural units and job duties of employees;
- initiate changes in motivation system of the company;
- to give grounds for necessary changes in the compensation system;
