Necessary competencies:
• Cisco Call Manager
• Cisco Voice Gateway
• Cisco Routing&Switching, Voice and Network Design
• Call Centre Administration
Main responsibilities:
• Defining new phones/changing or deleting phones or users
• Defining Dial plan on CCM and Voice gateway
• Maintenance operations with Call Manager
• Configuring Voice Gateway (H323, MGCP), managing analog lines
• Call Center defining new phones/users
• Call Center Installing User and Supervisor Software
• Call Center Defining Dial plan on CCM and Voice gateway
• Changing Call Center workflow scripts
• Recording, modifying and processing Voice files for new branch
• Defining the number, configuring voice gateway, configuring IVR for new branch
