||Targets & Key responsibilities:
Responsible to arrange and structure the required PCM proposals in a way that meets the client’s needs, while maximizing earnings per client portfolio - in close co-operation with the Account Manager / Head of Branch and in accordance with the bank’s internal procedures;
Responsible to join Account Managers in client meetings in order to cover all PCM topics involved;
Responsible to calculate the PCM profitability per client and assess impact on the Branch budget;
Responsible to maintain business relationships with existing PCM clients - in close co-operation with the Account Manager / Head of Branch;
Responsible to implement PCM special offers;
Responsible to review/monitor PCM special offers;
Responsible to sell all products and services in PCM portfolio;
Ensure professional client advise on related issues;
Ensure proper communication with other departments within the bank;
Ensure proper communication on a functional line with PCM Head Office Kiev;
Cover other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the Head of Branch.
Qualification, experience requirements:
University degree, preferably in Economics;
Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position;
Good knowledge of PCM products;
Good command of English – written and verbal;
Solid PC skills.
Knowledge of the market practice and competition.
Solid communication, selling and negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, client focused, business awareness, planning and organizing abilities, problem analysis and solving abilities,
