Tasks/activities:
• Initiate launch of the strategic projects in order to contribute to achieving Bank’s strategic targets and KPIs
• Manage the portfolio of the strategic projects through coordination of cross-functional and cross-divisional teams;
• Assure achievements of the required outcomes acc to defined standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost of the projects
• Manage external relations with consultants in frame of the strategic projects
Requisits:
• 3+ years in financial industry or consulting
• Proven track record in managing multi tasks complex projects in financial field
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Russian/Ukrainian and English
• Willingness to work in an international group/environment
