Assistant to Chief Information Officer
(Administrative Manager of the IT office)
Role: to provide organizational and communicative support of Deputy Chairman of the Board activity by effective coordinating his cooperation with the Board members, Mangers of IT-subdivision and employees of the bank.
Functions:
Manage the work of the office and act as stand-in of Deputy Chairman of the Board, and provide guidance to the other managers reporting to Deputy Chairman of the Board;
Coordination of daily tasks and working schedule of the Deputy Chairman of the Board;
Distribution and control of implementation of current tasks and additional information Ad Hoc by employees;
Preparation of presentations and analytical reports, and other necessary documents;
Analysis of business correspondence, conducting business correspondence and documents circulation;
Working with the Deputy Chairman of the Board to prepare the weekly board meeting;
Organization and paperwork of business trips of Deputy Chairman of the Board and accompanying him to trips, national and international;
Preparation, journaling and translation of meetings, negotiations;
Execution of current tasks of the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Requirements to the candidate:
At least 2 years of experience. Banking/Financial institution experience is desirable.
Good knowledge of business ethics and etiquette, business correspondence, documents. Ability to set up and to keep affective communications, to explain problems comprehensively and briefly.
High self-organization and independence, ability to set priorities and to make decisions in the range of authorities.
Results-Oriented and high standards of quality in work.
University Degree (IT or economy studies background)
Excellent English, German (preferably), Ukrainian, Russian.
Experience in translations and interpreting, fast typing.
