Raiffeisen Bank Aval is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator (Project Manager) specialist to work in Kiev office on full time basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact between all IT departments and Project Sponsors, Project Managers, business initiators
- Provide IT project co-ordination, managing all IT aspects of design and development from planning through to completion
- Actively follow up the project’s/sub project’s progress with all parties involved in the various phases of the project/sub project to ensure that it will be carried in an efficient manner, within the given time frame and budget
- Initiate and hold project meetings with customers as well as internal project meetings with concerned departments and project team members
- Tracking the progress and monitoring all milestones
Qualification and experience:
• At least 1 year experience on similar position in software development companies or banks.
• Experienced in Core banking systems implementation
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Types
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools
• Real proven leadership
• Good self-organization & self-management
• Proven multi-layer scaled management skills for big organization
• Proven big team builder
• Goal orientation & flexibility
• Fluent spoken English is a plus (writing, reading is required).
