A) 3+ years SQL Server 2005 development experience (T-SQL, SSRS, Administration)
B) 4+ years software development experience (ability to support VB6 & VBA application)
C) Solid experience in building MS Access solutions (complex forms and reports development)
D) Knowledge in IBM WebSphere MQ Series (programming skills are not required)
E) Local application support (business users requirements negotiation and consulting skills)
