International bank is looking for "Head of Custody":
Duties:
- Development and introduction over the Custody operational work flows renewal in accordance with Bank-standards;
- Control over the Securities and Cash transactions monitoring and verification;
- Monthly internal accounts balance reporting to Controlling;
- General control for the corporate action and settlement.
- Control over the handling Corporate Actions & Dividend/Income Collection and distribution;
– Control Proxy Voting Client’s instruction execution for Ukrainian and International markets & Visiting AGM´s and EGM´s to vote according client instructions;
- Management reporting;
- Control for the preparing transaction charges reports for Custody Services.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Min 3 years experience on relevant position in banking;
- English – fluent;
- PC- advanced user (MS-Office – excellent knowledge);
- Proactive person with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
