Head of Market and Operational Risk Management Division
Task: to manage the Market Risk area of a major Ukrainian bank with foreign ownership:
· Identification and quantification of
· FX risk
· Interest rate risk
· Liquidity risk
· Counterparty risk in treasury area
· Operational risk
· Compliance with minimum requirements (Regulatory, and Group internal)
· Development of risk management methodologies and guidelines
· Development of systems for calculation of Market risks
· Participating in development of new treasury products
· Basel 2
Qualification required:
- min. 5 years experience in banking, preferably in treasury/risk management area
- management/leadership experience
- strong quantitative background
- excellent command of English
