Description of function:
Updating and Improving credit policies - Assists in developing and monitoring credit policy and future program enhancements through mathematical analysis of existing portfolios- Assists in evaluating new business opportunities that leverage existing assets to generate additional revenue- Interprets mathematical and statistical results to recommend policy change consistent with Corporate policy- Forecasts, test/control programs, portfolio analysis, - Development of treatments based on the risk segments, etc- Assuring compliance with all activities with internal/system procedures- Cooperating with Direct Supervisor in the area of Department’s current tasks
Education: - Higher education
Working Experience: - Minimum 3 years experience in updating and improving credit policies;
Skills: - Consumer bank products knowledge- Knowledge of Credit Cycle- Very strong Analytical skills & good credit MIS knowledge- Demonstrated ability in quantitative analysis and a good working knowledge of lending, collections, and credit risk- Ability to research, analyze and solve problems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access required. - Good English
