Description of function:
Originating, structuring and Sale and secondary trading of capital market products: bonds, shares, promisary notes- meet clients/potential issuers to gain insight into their financing needs- relating capital market.- create financial products that suit a company’s financing needs- prepare the ground for the sale, price range, assess market demand,- ensure the correct documents are in place- manage most aspects of key transaction types and handle projects independently- Manage internal communication within RBAval and RZB Group and implement timetables for mandated transactions- trade / sell capital market products with investors on the secondary- market
Education: - Higher education
Working Experience: - Minimum 3 years experience in either of treasury or capital markets;
Skills: - Client and goal orientation;- Dynamic and sales oriented people;- Fluency in written and spoken English.
