||Due to increasing devepolment of Credit Europe Bank we are looking for Head of Customer Service Desk (Operations Department)
Education & Experience profile required:
• Higher Education;
• At least 2 years of experience on position of Head or Manager of Customer Service at reputable Bank;
• Good knowledge in NBU regulation especially in opening and operating current accounts, payments (domestic transfers, FC transfers), cash operations (cash withdrawal and deposit);
• Knowledge in currency regulation and cash operations;
• Fluent English;
• Experienced in supervising of Cash Desk staff (3-4 pers.).
