Education & Experience profile required:
• Higher Education;
• At least 3 years of experience at reputable Bank;
• Managerial experience (at least 5 persons);
• Creative and innovative thinking;
• Analytical and numerical ability and keen credit evaluation skills;
• Proven capacity to meet challenging targets with drive, energy and persistence;
• Good English language skills;
Core responsibilities:
• Managing the key performance areas of subordinates;
• Provides financial services to individuals;
• Visiting and building link with local businesses;
• Fulfills the plans of sale targets;
• Ensures market share growth ;
• Identify trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences;
• Training/mentoring junior staff.
