The foreign bank is opening a new vacancy of a Real-estate financial manager
Descriptions of the activities:
- management and evaluation of projects in the area of real-estate finance in all spheres (offices, housing, retail chain, logistic, hotels);
- responsibility for the economic results of real-estate finance team;
- acquisition and further activities with clients in real-estate area;
- creation and realization of strategic concepts in real-estate finance area;
- narrow cooperation with bank mortgage business;
- cooperation with real-estate finance departments of other members in Erste Bank Group;
- participation in joint real-estate transactions with other banks of Erste Bank Group;
Required profile:
- university degree;
- at least three years of experience in the field of real-estate finance/business management or corporate finance;
- native Ukrainian and Russian languages;
- fluent English language (written and spoken);
- additional knowledge of languages (German, Italian etc.) would be an advantage.
Other required skills:
- organizational and analytical skills;
- communicational skills;
- presentation-making skills;
- deep knowledge of Ukrainian real-estate market;
- to have own database on real-estate market (especially in Kiev and other big cities);
- good orientation in legal regulation;
- PC/MS Office skills.
