Field Support Specialist, IT
Education & experience profile required:
• must has knowledge to install Microsoft products (Operating Systems, Office products etc)
• requires experience with Windows Operating Systems and a good understanding of networked environments
• knowledge of computer electronics and computer circuitry
• office and corporate computer networks support
• additional skills should include, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing and a working
• knowledge of network and computer security
• entry level Programming/Scripting skills
• knowledge and understanding of computer, printer hardware and office equipment
• experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting
