Credit Europe Bank is searching for educated English speaking candidates to fulfill the position of Platform Assistant
Education & Experience profile required:
• Relevant working experience;
• English, both written and spoken;
• Presentable, communicative, outgoing personality;
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Experience within international environment.
Core responsibilities:
• Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments;
• Attending and taking minutes at various meetings as requested;
• Handling travel arrangements;
• Facilitating phone calls, letters, mail, e-mail and visitors; answers questions and furnishes information as necessary;
• Assisting to daily business of the division;
• Preparing necessary reports of the division;
• Follow up, keeping and organizing data, files and records in soft and hard copy;
• Ordering supplies, office materials
