Requirements to candidates:
•Basic Windows XP Administration
•Ticketing System
•Basic Networking
•Expert knowledge of Outlook and Office
•Spoken English
Core job responsibilities:
•Responding IT Help Desk incoming calls
•Analyzing and understanding employee IT problems
•Responding the first level IT problem
•Creating tickets for second level problems
•Request management: taking care the open tickets, informing employees, requesting latest state from administrators
