Функціональні обов'язки: Maintaining and development of relationship with nonresident investors and local clients to meet client needs and expectations; Daily support to the clients: answering to email and phone requests according to Service Level Agreements in place; monitoring of the Client documentation, transactions, balances etc.; consulting and preparation of the documents for opening of the accounts, carrying out transactions within the Bank (FX, foreign and local currencies transfer, update of the documents requested by the Bank etc.); Sale of custody and related banking products; Conducting of the periodical meetings with the Clients to better understand Client needs and current status of the relationship; Regular cooperation with other Bank’s departments to assist in clients transactions (opening of cash accounts, advising of financial market services, transactions subject to foreign currency control, payments, operations departments etc.); Monthly analyses of custody results and activity (Assets under custody, holdings, monthly invoices etc.); Periodic preparation of the market researches, distribution of newsflashes, answering to related clients requests; Regular update of knowledge of legislation and timely application of the new requirements to clients’ activity.
